Strong company growth moved our customer Intercable in Slovakia to a comprehensive warehouse expansion with a pallet racking system with 5,634 storage locations and high-rack stackers with a powerful lithium-ion technology for optimal availability in three-shift operation.
Challenges
- Creation of various warehouse layouts up to the development of a custom-fit logistics solution
- Simultaneous assembly of racking systems and other warehouse elements such as sprinkler or air conditioning systems
- Correct commissioning of the induction-guided vehicles in the individual aisles
- Initial set-up of the anti-collision system on the EKX by the in-house technicians

- Two EKX 516k high-rack stacker with lift heights up to 12 metres
- Installation of new racking systems with a space capacity for 5,634 additional pallets
