Well-protected at every turn: curveCONTROL
Speeding in corners is a leading risk factor for tip-over accidents. curveCONTROL automatically adjusts the truck speed when cornering, depending on load and steering angle: the heavier the load, the slower the truck‘s cornering speed. This significantly decreases the risk of overturning or slipping, while enhancing warehouse safety for your employees and trucks as well as your goods.

Handle your loads faster: positionCONTROL
positionCONTROL enables the setting of customised target heights for any warehouse environment. This results in shorter trips and optimised lifting operations as well as reduced adjusting time in between stacking operations and increased availability, thus saving time and energy. As a result, using positionCONTROL can increase productivity by up to 15%.

For targeted precision: warehouseNAVIGATION
For each movement of goods, the truck operator has to reorientate himself within the racking system. This is where warehouseNAVIGATION comes into play. It transmits the correct rack location to the truck, which then approaches it automatically with high-precision diagonal travel. This greatly reduces the strain on the driver, who only has to operate the lift function. This results in greater order picking accuracy combined with an up to 25% increase in throughput performance.

Reverse area warning system
The rear-area warning device monitors the space to the rear of the vehicle and gives the operator an optical and acoustic warning signal that varies in intensity and volume depending on the distance of the detected object.
driveCONTROL automatically controls the vehicle speed depending on the current lift height. This increases safety when travelling with a raised pallet, while still ensuring even more sensitive manoeuvring during the work cycle.
In addition to reducing the travel speed, liftCONTROL lift speed control also automatically reduces the tilt speed of the mast from a defined lift height. This allows the driver to carry out stacking and retrieval operations faster and more safely.
The indoor/outdoor sensor detects by radar whether the vehicle is in a hall or outdoors. Depending on the location, the sensor controls the maximum permissible speed of the vehicle.
The operationCONTROL assistance system records the current load weight as well as the load torque and lift height and emits a warning signal as soon as the residual capacity of the vehicle is exceeded. This prevents the truck from tipping and enables quick operation with increased security.
tiltCONTROL automatically maintains the vertical position of the mast for faster and safer stacking and retrieval. When one-third of the load capacity has been reached, the mast adjusts its vertical angle automatically in order to transport the load safely at all times.
Depending on load weight and lift height, our assistance system reachCONTROL automatically adjusts the reach truck’s reach and tilting speed. This ensures safe and efficient storage and retrieval processes and up to 15 percent savings in time.
liftNAVIGATION is a semi-automatic rack height selector for reach trucks, where the approach to the correct storage position is sent directly from the Warehouse Management System to the truck. As soon as the operator has reached the correct rack length position, the fork is automatically raised to the correct storage compartment.
When connected to the Warehouse Management System, driveNAVIGATION transmits the information on the next pick position immediately and directly to the truck control system of the ECE order picker with easyPILOT. The truck approaches the pick position automatically as soon as the operator starts the ECE remotely or acknowledges the most recent order picking operation.
